To contact us here in Germany please use fax-/ or e- mail- contact informations shown above. On weekdays we usally answer within 24 hours if you sent us a fax or e- mail. We deliver to new and also most customers outside Europe against advanced payment. That means that we, after we get your order, send you a proforma- invoice with all dates you need for transfering your payment to our account here in Germany.(Please note that the money transfer takes also some days from foreign country banks to our bank here in Germany). You may also pay by PayPal. As soon as your payment has arrived, we deliver the goods, usually from stock . Standard delivery methode is within Europe by parcelpost and overseas by Airmail- Parcelpost (both through the postoffice organisations). These shipment methods are usually reliable and also cheap, need however 3- 4 weeks to some overseas countries. Additional delays must be calculated by the custom office handling in your country. If you need the goods (replacement- / spare - parts) faster, we can also deliver by DHL courier service that needs app. 4- 8 days only. This kind of delivery is much more expensive however (please ask).
We can also deliver by YOUR courier service (DHL, UPS, Fed-Ex,...). In that case we charge no costs for shipment. Please issue the shipment documents of your courier service, sent the shipment documents to us and also give your courier service the order to pick up the delivery at our address. If you have a valid international DHL account no. (starts with "9......") you sent us, we can issue the delivery documents with DHL and also give DHL the order to pick up the goods. This works at the moment with DHL courier service only, NOT with other courier services however. For this service by DHL we need your full delivery address, your phone no. and also a personal name in your company.(NO post- box number shipments possible by courier services !). Please be aware that the goods travel to the risk of the buyer in case of damages or lost. Declarations for custom use and clearance: The country of origin as well as the HS Code of the goods are mentioned on each of our commercial invoice and pack list. The total amount of our offers include the costs of the goods and also for the shipment documents, 3 pcs. commercial invoices and 1 pack list. Some countries need another declaration, certifications and other paper works.In that case we also charge additional costs for these documents (our local Chamber of Commerce that mostly is involved in these documents, charges us also also for every form sheet, stamp and sign). Please keep in mind that we are not liable for delays that occur by poor transportation and/or slow custom handling in foreign countries however. We do everything we can that you get the goods fast and reliable.
